How do I order on Palasjewelers.com?

Ordering on Palasjewelers.com is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the “purchase” button to place it in your Shopping Cart. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order.

Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, when you will be asked for your credit card information.

Our store hours are Tuesday - Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM and Mondays by appointment.

Is it safe to order on Palasjewelers.com?

Yes, it is safe to order on Palasjewelers.com. We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged with our site server. At Palasjewelers.com we respect your privacy, and we will only disclose your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy

How will my order be shipped?

Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States.
For each address within the 48 contiguous United States, the following charges apply:*
Ground shipping: $12, please allow 4-5 business days.
Express shipping: $17, please allow 3-4 business days.

Please allow an additional 2 weeks for delivery of hand engraved items and an additional 3-5 days for delivery of machine engraved items. Items on special order may take longer.

Orders over $1000: No charge for shipping to one address.

*Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped express, $17.

Will my items be gift-wrapped?

All Palasjewelers.com purchases arrive in the signature Palas Jewelers Brown Box, tied with a blue satin ribbon. During the holiday season, a red satin ribbon is used instead. At the checkout process you will have the option of writing a gift message for each item in your order which will arrive with your gift package, enclosed in a white envelope. If you choose not to write a gift message, one blank card per recipient will be included in your order.

How can I make returns or exchanges?

Articles are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. All online orders are subject to Return Authorization (ra). To obtain a Return Authorization (ra) please go to http://www.palasjewelers.com/ra.htm. Items returned without an RA will not be accepted by the receiving department.

A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. To return or exchange your gift selection, please follow the instructions included with your package.
