Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses
within the United States. Will my items be gift-wrapped? All Palasjewelers.com purchases arrive in the signature Palas Jewelers Brown Box, tied with a blue satin ribbon. During the holiday season, a red satin ribbon is used instead. At the checkout process you will have the option of writing a gift message for each item in your order which will arrive with your gift package, enclosed in a white envelope. If you choose not to write a gift message, one blank card per recipient will be included in your order. How can I make returns or exchanges?
Articles are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in saleable
condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. All online
orders are subject to Return Authorization (ra). To obtain a Return
Authorization (ra) please go to
